1. Please Email me with the details of the work you would like me to do. If possible, include a telephone number where I can contact you to discuss your requirements. I will always send you a confirmation email when I receive your request so that you know your email was not lost in cyberspace.
2. If you are not happy with the finished product, you may return it. A full refund will be sent to you within 7 days of our receiving the returned goods.
Standard and custom-sized Prints

2. Email the details of your order with sizes required.
3. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received (to ensure your email was received)
4. You will receive a detailed quote for your order
5. Email your acceptance of the quote.

8. Once payment has been received your print will usually be dispatched to you within 14 days,unless it is already in stock, in which case it will be sent immediately.
